Additional Fees & Policies

  • Lightning Lane Management Availability: Subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Lightning Lane fees charged by Disney are not included.
  • Cancellation Fee: $50 per guest applies to all trips cancelled after booking, regardless of service type.
  • Wedding Planning Fees start at $1000 per wedding and are determined after consultation due to the many different wedding components that can be included.
  • Group Booking Fees start at $500 for every 10 guests and are determined after consultation due to the many different types of groups and levels of required planning.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All planning and booking fees are per guest, non-refundable, and separate from any supplier-imposed penalties or refunds.
  • What Your Fees Cover: Professional research, personalized recommendations, booking management, itinerary organization, and ongoing travel support before and during your trip.
